Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with ppvipp

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ppvipp website (ppvipp.asia), mobile site, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone used for all Platform operations.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the ppvipp Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you represent and warrant are satisfied at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ppvipp enforces a strict minimum age policy. Providing false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You will register only one Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. ppvipp reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method at any time.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ppvipp will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ppvipp support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensure that your registered email address and mobile number remain active and accessible, as they are used for OTP verification and important Account communications.

ppvipp shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any transaction completed using your valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a compromise to the support team beforehand.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

ppvipp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected card networks (Visa, Mastercard). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the cashier section.
• You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 hours during normal operating conditions, though processing times may extend during peak periods or when identity verification is pending.
• ppvipp reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used before processing a withdrawal.
• Any deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• ppvipp does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are the player's responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ppvipp offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount on eligible games before any withdrawal can be made.
• ppvipp reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes as specified per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture and Account suspension.
• ppvipp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or exploiting technical errors — is strictly prohibited. ppvipp reserves the right to void bets and confiscate winnings derived from such activity.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the ppvipp Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category. General betting conduct rules include:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where expressly permitted by the relevant game rules.
• ppvipp reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error, or where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical failure that prevents a bet or game round from completing normally, ppvipp will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical failure policy, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the staked amount.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. ppvipp does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion between players, use of automated betting software (bots), or exploitation of software bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our commitment to responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards, ppvipp may require players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point. KYC may be triggered by:

• A first withdrawal request or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Unusual account activity or transaction patterns that warrant verification.
• Regulatory or internal compliance requirements.

Documents typically required include: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ppvipp is committed to the wellbeing of its players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that players can access at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via account settings. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately; requests to raise a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of ppvipp.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

ppvipp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Duplicate account creation or other forms of bonus abuse.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ppvipp staff or other players.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvipp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities.
• Temporary Platform downtime for scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
• The outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ppvipp makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

ppvipp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to provide Platform services, comply with applicable regulations, and prevent fraud.
• ppvipp will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• All data is stored using industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention obligations.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and ppvipp, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

ppvipp aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint – [Your Username]".

14 Amendments to These Terms

ppvipp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ppvipp will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
